The July challenge will help tay strong, FIT and accountable in the summer.!!! Join us for a focus on upper body and hovers. Strengthen your biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest and back!! Short 10-20 minutes daily workouts. Not only will this help strengthen and tone up your body but movement helps you feel good. Getting the blood flowing and endorphins going will help you start your day off feeling accomplished and ready to tackle things in your life.
